Why? The psychedelic band had to postpone a pair of shows last year, and now they’re finally here! Two nights of An Evening with The Flaming Lips, both sold out!

Why? Victoria’s Acres Of Lions hasn’t performed in AGES, so that alone should get you out of the house on Saturday. With four bands total, you’re getting your money’s worth with this one.

Why? The annual comedy festival kicked off yesterday and runs through next week, featuring dozens of shows with comedians, podcasts, drag, and more. I’ve got an eye on Adam Pally (tonight), Jack Whitehall, and Patton Oswalt (both next weekend).

Why? First of all, it’s an early show and is going to be done by 9:30! (Benny Benassi is the late show.) But also Bedouin is celebrating the release of new music, and Carmanah is opening. Excellent Saturday.
