More new music from Said The Whale!

The band released a new single yesterday titled "Heaven" (listen below) from their upcoming album As Long As Your Eyes Are Wide, due out on March 31st.

The song is a eulogy to Ben Worcester's friend and neighbour Ron Strand (read more about the song on Consequence of Sound) and if you look at the track list it's not the only sorrow-filled song the band has to come. Somehow it remains upbeat, despite its subject matter, which I feel will be a theme throughout the new record - finding the happy within the sorrow.
