Why? There was a lot of (not unwarranted) hubbub surrounding the Red Truck Concert Series this year, but I'll be heading there this Saturday to support the only women playing the entire thing, Nice Horse, for their FIRST Vancouver show ever!

When? Thursday August 16th
Why? One of the last Musical Nooners of the season will be a fun one. Take your lunch to-go and catch The Wooden Horsemen on the plaza outside the CBC!

Why? The Baltimore band are cruising into town to fill the Orpheum with their dreamy pop tunes and what will definitely be a big crowd!

Why? The smoke may be gone, but you should still join Dustin Bentall & friends for a fundraiser with all proceeds going towards the Canadian Red Cross.
